(Reuters) – Technology startup Rivos Inc allegedly stole Apple Inc’s computer system-chip trade insider secrets following poaching its engineers, Apple claimed in a lawsuit submitted in California federal court docket.

Apple’s Friday lawsuit reported Mountain Look at, California-centered Rivos has employed over 40 of its former staff in the earlier 12 months to work on competing “process-on-chip” (SoC) engineering, and that at the very least two previous Apple engineers took gigabytes of private data with them to Rivos.
